• A newly installed handmade, bespoke luxury kitchen. You can enjoy your meal in a comfortable dining area with French windows giving onto terraces on three sides, or in the dining area under the pergola of the south-facing terrace enjoying the superb views.

• Double bedroom suite with bathroom and private terrace, steps leading down to the olive grove and swimming pool.

• Cloak room with antique marble basin and w.c. and hanging cupboard for coats.

Main house:

• Double bedroom suite with four-poster bed and large balcony with spectacular views, dressing room and spacious bathroom.

• Twin bedroom suite with shower room and balcony, with views over the olive grove.

Cottage:

• Spacious double bedroom suite (can be made up as twin beds) plus one sofa bed, shower room and two French windows, private terrace and direct access to the swimming pool through the olive grove.

• Sitting area that can be separated by a barn door and includes two comfortable sofabeds.

Swimming Pool:

• Large 15 x 4.5 meter infinity edge pool.

• Spacious sun-bathing area with sun-loungers and choice of sun and shade from the olive trees.

• Open-sided pool pavilion with tiled roof and cushioned seating around three sides. Low tables. WiFi connection.

• Pool room with changing area, shower, W.C. and wash basin. Wine-cooler, sound system.
